What about the minor class?

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) is a milestone document in the history of human rights. Drafted by representatives with different legal and cultural backgrounds from all regions of the world, the Declaration was proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly in Paris on 10 December 1948 (General Assembly resolution 217 A) as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations. It sets out, for the first time, fundamental human rights to be universally protected and it has been translated into over 500 languages.Regarding this quote, we can assume that every country has an idea about what does that mean to live somewhere in a good condition. each year we have our leaders represented in all countries they should take care of us before they went to the UN to talk to us. Some of them don't deserve to talk about human right especially at this point when we all know we have the right to a safe place and be able to eat without knowing how the struggle will be for tomorrow. first of all, people are starving every day regarding America Feeding <<"41 million Americans struggle with hunger, a number nearly equal to the 40.6 million officially living in poverty. Based on annual income, 72% of the households the Feeding America network served in 2014 lived at or below the federal poverty level with a median annual household income of $9,175">> so even in the richest country in the world theirs a lot of homeless and poverty how could you imagine people will be able to live the life they are dreaming for . we don't ask for too much, we just needed the real fact. how about the person who lives with a huge fortune? even them are talking about human rights I don't say they are not working hard for their fortune. I mean they have all right to have it. but what about the lower class? when we accepts we can't pay for OXYGEN all gonna start sharing with others.
